Every property has a broker. Now every broker has a network.

Bengaluru has more brokers than listings portals will ever have owners. Each one holds inventory nobody else can see and clients nobody else can reach. BrokerHub is the network between them — not a portal for owners, not a CRM — built around the one thing that has always stopped brokers from sharing: the fear of being cut out.

  1. 01

    Pick your hubs

Residential, Commercial, Land & Plotted, Warehousing & Industrial, Primary. You only ever see the hubs you chose — a residential hub is a residential hub, not a mixed bag.

  2. 02

    List once

Paste the WhatsApp message; the form fills itself. If another broker already listed the same property, attach your claim — one record, every holder on it, ranked mandate → direct → via broker → market.

  3. 03

    Post what your client wants

A brief, not a name. Every live listing in the hub is scored: budget 30, location 25, spec 15, size 10, must-haves 10, verification 10. Holders of a 65%+ match are told.

  4. 04

    Connect on record

Propose the fee basis and split. The other broker signs with a tap. Only then do phone numbers and the exact location unlock — both ways.

  5. 05

    The chain

A deal room opens with both of you and the split. Add the introducer, the co-broker who produced the second brother, the referrer — with their percentage. Nothing moves to Token until splits add to 100%. Twenty brokers, nobody left out.

  6. 06

    Money on record

Brokerage goes into escrow from Token and releases at registration to every split. A dispute freezes it until the hub records a resolution. 2% platform fee; loan referrals pay 0.5% of disbursal.

  7. 07

    Show clients, on record

Send listings to a prospect as a link. They see the type, area, size and price. The address opens only after they confirm, with a code to their phone, that you introduced it and will deal through you. That record is your proof if they go around you.

  8. 08

    Your own book

Clients with real names and numbers, follow-ups, every share, requirement and deal in one history — private to you. The hub only ever sees an alias.

  9. 09

Value it, and work out what can be built

Valuation from the hub's own closed deals and asks, every adjustment shown. Feasibility compares plotted layout, apartments, villas and joint development on the same parcel, with the ratio a JD can settle at.

  10. 10

    Trust is a ledger

Deals closed, splits paid on time, disputes against, verified inventory, RERA. It follows every broker into every room. Bypass an agreement and it shows.

  11. 11

    Intelligence from the flow

Demand heat per corridor from the hub's own requirements and listings. Guidance values for stamp duty. What can be built on a parcel from road width and FAR.
